Our Story

Hi, I’m Caryn, founder of Gluten Free Haven. My journey to creating this brand began with my own experience living with celiac disease. For years, my body struggled to absorb the nutrients it needed, leaving me constantly exhausted and nutrient-deficient. I went through countless iron infusions and vitamin treatments, hoping to feel better, while learning firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate life with celiac disease. 

Healing my gut was a slow process that took years of patience, trial and error, and learning how to truly care for my body. Through that journey, I realized how much I missed the simple joy of eating-sharing meals with friends and family, enjoying a slice of cake, and feeling safe at the table.

That’s what inspired me to create Gluten Free Haven, a brand that not only prioritizes health and safety but also celebrates the joy of eating. Combining my love for baking with my understanding of a gluten-free lifestyle, I’ve crafted high-quality, delicious, and safe gluten-free mixes that everyone can enjoy—whether you live gluten-free or simply love great-tasting food. Gluten Free Haven is my way of turning a challenging health journey into something positive, comforting, and joyful.
